Microsoft cuts price on 20 GB Xbox 360

20GB for $299??!!

Microsoft said it's slashing the price of its 20-gigabyte Xbox 360 video game consoles in order to introduce a 60GB model as a replacement
The US technology giant's announcement comes two days before the official start of a major Electronic Entertainment Expo at which videogame console makers will be striving to portray their hardware as superior.

Microsoft said it will trim 50 bucks making the XBox 360 a $299 pickup. Watch out Wii. Lol.

The newly beefed-up Xbox 360 Pro model with 60 gigabytes of memory will hit markets in those same two countries in August with 349-dollar price tags according to the big M.

While Sony stands firm about their position of not cutting prices on PlayStation 3 models, which sell in the US for 400 0r 500 dollars depending on memory capacity. Come on Sony, how about a price drop? Plllease.

Nintendo, the defending champs, will be fighting to keep the Wii's crown as the world's most popular videogame console, which is priced at 250 dollars and whenever it arrives on shelves it's snatched up faster than cookies at a jenny craig convention. Lol

See you at E3!!
