Extended 'til December 31st for all those generous givers!!

Although stingy governments aren't footing the bill, there are many people willing to support! OLPC's Give One, Get One program's been doing around $2 million in "donations" a day. Once they came to the realization that they should continue this cash cow for longer than four days—so they wont miss out on the holiday spending galore—they're stretching the new "deadline" out to a very merry Dec. 31.

They have also made available bulk orders for "educational purposes," with quantities of 100-999 going for $300 a piece, 1000-9999 running $249 and if anything is above 10,000 dropping it to $199.

And if for some strange reason you wanna give one but not get one, starting next year you'll be able to just so. How nice? During Give One, Get One's bonus time, they will effectively "solicit input & transition to a program of giving only at the beginning of 2008." Some believe give one, get none wont be as attractive for the fundraising option as the previous deal. But who knows this one is so successful, who are we to say what will and won't work. We can only speculate and we will darnit!! So be kind and help the children! Cause we luh da kidz!!! LOL.
